• Plan, guide, and oversee the development of the college in academic, infrastructural, and administrative domains.
• Formulate and implement development strategies in line with university and UGC policies.
• Support academic excellence, infrastructure improvement, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between the college, university, and regulatory bodies.

• Strategic Planning: Develops comprehensive long-term and short-term plans for academic, financial, and infrastructural priorities.
• Academic Development: Recommends new academic programs, improvements in teaching, and encourages research and innovation.
• Infrastructure Oversight: Plans and monitors infrastructural projects and campus development.
• Quality Assurance: Supports IQAC and promotes NAAC accreditation and best practices.
• Financial Management: Prepares and reviews budgets, advises on financial planning.

• Student and Staff Welfare: Initiates welfare schemes, supports activities, and addresses concerns.
