Committee for SC/ST Welfare

The Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) Welfare Cell is constituted in the College to promote the special interest of reserved category students and provide special inputs where needed.

Aim and Objectives

• Guidance for scholarships for all backward class students
• Awareness of schemes, policies, and acts by government & NGOs
• Spread good thoughts & social messages through activities
• Interdepartmental skill enhancement trainings
• Facilitate hassle-free environment

Every year, programmes are organized to motivate students. Committee meetings address issues related to scholarships. The committee collaborates with the All India Institute of Local Self Government (Kothrud) and BARTI (Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Research and Training Institute, Pune).
