The Student's Grievance Redressal Cell aims to promote and maintain a conducive and unbiased educational environment.
The Cell enables students to express concerns by initiating and pursuing the grievance procedure in accordance with College rules. Matters are handled confidentially, with an emphasis on the right to be heard and treated without bias.
Grievances received are forwarded to the chairman of the cell for immediate redressal. Prompt action is taken in all such cases, and the aggrieved student is informed of the measures taken. System checks are introduced to avoid repetition.
The grievance procedure is a formal process for addressing issues between students and the College, particularly in academic or administrative matters, or in cases of perceived discrimination. Investigations are conducted confidentially, and only relevant parties are informed.
Students should lodge grievances using the prescribed form available with their HODs, submitting it to the drop box outside the Principal's office. The secretary informs the committee for necessary action. A final report is submitted to the Principal for further steps, which are then communicated to students.
